- Windcrofte dropped from $13.9M to $10.9M (this was the former home of Robert Woodruff, of Coca Cola fame, and now owned by Guy Milner, businessman and ex-gubernatorial candidate);
- 2900 Andrews Drive, an historic home dating back to 1917, was reduced from $14.5M to $11.75M.
