Nancy has worked for Atlanta's premier new-home builders, impressively winning numerous awards, becoming the Qualifying Broker for a prestigious homebuilder. In 2009, when many agents were dropping out of real estate, Nancy was in the top 5% of her office. Her office was the #2 office in the Atlanta metropolitan area, in terms of production and number of transactions.

In 2009, Nancy was selected by a local lender to represent the bank, selling their foreclosed houses. This experience gave her an insight into the "new rules" that lenders and buyers will be working under, in 2010 and beyond.
